Village of The Hills offers quarterly curbside bulk waste collection. Dates are listed on the collection calendar, and all items must be placed at the curb by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day. Each residence may set out up to four cubic yards of acceptable items, with individual items weighing no more than 50 pounds.

Acceptable Items
Household bulk items (within size and weight limits)
Yard trimmings (bagged or bundled)
Tree limbs (bundled, max 4 ft long and 8 in diameter)
Appliances only if Freon has been properly removed and tagged
Not Accepted
Hazardous materials or chemicals
Liquids, solvents, or items containing Freon
Batteries or propane tanks
Electronics (TVs, monitors, microwaves)
Fluorescent bulbs
Asbestos, contaminated soil, or incinerator ash
Medical or biohazard waste
